Are You Qualified?
YPO Florida membership is by referral and application. Effective 1 July 2026.
Age
Under 45. You must apply before your 45th birthday.
Role
Top operational leader of your company or division, with final decision-making authority and full P&L accountability. One member per qualifying company or division.
Size
50+ full-time employees, OR 15+ full-time employees with $2.75M+ total employee compensation.
Financials
Sales/Service/Manufacturing: $16M+ USD. Agency: $13M+ USD. Financial institution: $330M+ AUM. OR Enterprise value: $27M+ USD.

Who can join YPO Florida?
Qualified chief executives under 45 who lead a company or division meeting our size and revenue criteria, with one member per qualifying company or division. Membership is by referral and application.
What does it cost?
For 2026-2027: YPO International dues of $4,790 plus a one-time initiation of $4,790; YPO Florida dues of $8,000 plus a one-time initiation of $10,000, prorated by join month.
What is Forum, really?
A group of 8-10 peers who meet monthly in absolute confidentiality, with no solicitation. It is consistently ranked the number one benefit of YPO.
